Perhaps the SEC should investigate the FED for complying with Full Disclosure. . .?
. . .or, are they immune to it?

They waited for tax selling to be over to cut rates more. If they had cut last week it wouldn't have had as dramatic an effect -- people still were selling to cover taxes.
