You're not the only one :-)
The techs at Dell and at Window on Wall Street
haven't come up with a solution yet... not very encouraging.
I thought the problem was in WIN98 and that's why I
purchased WINME, thinking I could buy my way out of this.
Ha! No way!
Problem must have something to do with a missing file,
since the same WOW software works on my old Gateway.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to check into it.
