Cash flow ratios refer to cash flow from operations, not to financing, etc. Free cash flow is even more useful, because it shows the amount of cash from operations after capital investments, interest payments, etc. Strong free cash flow shows a company has a lot to invest in acquisitions, stock buybacks, etc. CSCO's free cash flow is on a par with industry... nothing spectacular.
