i think also lower dollar will make it easier to repay US loans but as the dollar drops those foreigners may panic and cause outrush of dollar holding quickly and cause dollar crash and thus..inflation...and maybe even market crash if they get out of US based securities....stocks and bonds...if they rush out of bonds rates may go up....
