It won't matter. And MBI and BAC don't have enough $ tied up in PCG failure for them to hurt that much. It's a drop in the bucket. Huge profits have been made in just the past 10 days on equity market. Most of Houses and Hedge Funds are likely doing great from running this up in advance of anticipated rate cut. Yesterday's tame CPI report was apparently the confirmation needed to get the cut today.
