This has been the quickest 200 basis points of easing, in well over 15 years, if not longer so it's not like the FED
did nothing. I think if they had moved any quicker it would look like panicing.....and there was in fact a
hefty bubble to deflate .....

Philly Fed President today tells us that the banking sector is entering a period of "Higher Risks"

----We were not expecting much, but actually found comments from Philadelphia Fed President Santomero somewhat interesting. Santomero noted growing concern over increasing defaults, adding that the banking sector is entering a period of "somewhat higher risk. However, he also noted that banks are well prepared for such turbulent times.----
