(actual conversation...he stated "not a single one three separate times) That's really a hoot, in light of the fact that nearly all such "non-technology" companies owe and enthusiastically credit their marginal success to efficiencies made available by their embracing --- technology!!! Wal-Mart, Exxon, etc. don't use technology, do they?<g> Who was it, anyway?
