Anything in a pinch. We went from a wood fire to a grease fire. The filets were already breaded and I dealt then in the remaining one and a half cans of Crisco like dealing cards. One guy following me flipping them and a guy behind him taking them out. There was a Chinese family in camp that were getting ready to go fishing. They saw all the fresh heads in the gut bucket and that was the end of trying to catch fish. Also two guys from Georgia who would take the back bones that were left after the fish were fileted and fry them up crispy. Ate the bones like chips.
