It was just a theoretical question. I was just wondering what would happen if I "forgot" to sell the option before expiration or maybe I'm in the hospital or on travel or something. What if you have those in the money options and you reach expiration and don't exercise AND you don't have a margin account with the broker. Then I wonder what would happen: )
