William: Do you have any thoughts about ATMS? It seems to get very little action lately and does seem to have that possible chap 11 risk. In reading other threads, it seems like the CEO keeps making promises and then not delivering. I'm about ready to bail and put my money into something w/ a little more action. On the other hand, maybe this type of thing is the true rat dog and I need more patience. Do you still hold it?

William, I'm in Gainesville, about 1 1/2 hrs North of Citrus. Depending what you and your lady are looking for, I might suggest checking the Gainesville/Ocala area. Citrus is heavely developed and falls into the corporate Disney sort of scheme. If you're looking for some nice property and work from home, this is where its at. But if you need a sizeable city and plenty of golf courses, Citrus is happening <smirk>.
