>>BTW, my QQQ's cost me $71<<

did you buy "immediately" or did you disregard bob's *timing* advice?

PETE from STAMFORD, CT,

Re: to convince me he deliberately mislead his subscribers, you need to demonstrate that Brinker KNEW IN ADVACNE before he issued that unfortunate and wrong October 2000 "buy immediately" bulletin that QQQ was going drop below $65 and keep dropping.

Well that's because you are a buffoon like sayrep. How would he, or anyone else for that matter, know that the QQQ's were going to the mid-30's? Of course, he didn't know the QQQ's were going to the mid-30's. I'm sure he honestly believed the QQQ's were going to rally. I've never asserted that Bob mislead his subscribers by issuing a special bulletin to buy immediately knowing with all assurance that they were about to implode by more than 50%.

He misleads subscribers by making them think that he can time the market. And after he makes a mistake, he doesn't cut his losses. Instead he advises people to hang in their despite the reasons for his original trade no longer being present. At that point he has lost all objectivity of the situation and can not give a credible opinion of the situation. He misleads his subscribers by giving them updated guidance month after month that is subject to making him look good instead of looking out for his subscribers best interest.

Re: Can you explain what his motive could be to knowingly and deliberately mislead subscribers off the cliff?

The motive was fence sitting and/or hedging his market timing. If the market would have rallied significantly, he would have stressed the profitable QQQ trade and it would have been back to tactical asset allocation talk. If the market were to tank meaningfully, he would have ignored the QQQ trade and it would have been "I gave a sell signal in January 2000" talk.

Best Regards.
