Hi Voltaire. I am formerly "t2". Just took on a new name when I sensed the market was turning big time. Just had a good feeling about a market lately and went long aggressively in stock and options---mostly technology.

Should have selected "NewBullMarket" instead.<g>

Actually I don't know how long the explosive rallies last but the market should get stable once we rebound to somewhere in the mid 2000s. I like the spring anology---got stretched on the way up and compressed at the lows--my point is that it cannot go up gradually since it went up and then down rapidly.
Only when it reaches some sort of equilibrium will the market stabilize--otherwise the market may overshoot to the upside as well.....just market momentum.
It has turned out to be a momentum market, whatever the direction, IMHO.

Things look pretty good for the bull case right now. Might have to scale down on some speculative call option positions but maintain a long stock porfolio (especially tech).

Best of luck.
