Thanks, for the link, advalorem. That link leads to lots of interesting reading. I forgot about IPK. When I did come across IPK some months back I had dismissed it as being too oriented to Canada, and so too far removed from my knowledge base. I don't know Canadian laws, geography, demographics, real estate, etc. Not that I know that about the USA either, but here I can lull myself into a comfort level. Many of the financial numbers for IPK do look better than the ones for CPC. IPK may be the better investment. I'll look at it a little closer. Paul S.
