I've been eyeing that DoCoMo since Jan 2000. I was under the impression that one needed a brokerage account in Japan and had to deal thru the Tokyo Exchange....?

Do they offer anything here ?

Yup, lots of stuff going on in Japan right now. They are really trying to be a showcase of the nextgen telecommunications network....with a little bit of government sponsorship, I might add. FTTH is high on the list too.
