The non-tech world is what intrigues me the most. Much more giving here and the possibility of a significant downturn is very limited.

Here is a simple count I did up to show a non-waver what I was looking at. It goes to the end of last week, but you'll see the big labels:

So, it's hard for me to see it as being in a 2 here. Looks way more like a 4.

Add in tomorrow's up and this chart gets quite bullish (actually, more appropriately, it becomes far less bearish).

BTW, note the time constraint for my proposed wave 4 as noted on that chart, Apr 18(!), give a day, or two at most.
