I think things are so bad in Japan that nobody really believes it could have gotten that bad and they are frozen in the headlights

You obviously must mean Nasdaq points right? 2000 Dow points is no big thing.(Only about 3 weeks "work" these days).<g> And yes, the PG&E Bankruptcy was a very bullish inflection point. It signaled the exponentially increasing artificiality of this travesty of a system we live in. Looking more & more like communism all the time with a whole lot more cronyism & corruption than I ever imagined would be so obvious to see.
