Susan: Yes, you ain't just a kidding.... kiddo.........Q CHARTS service was NON existant today......... Man we'd a strangeled that dude!!! Yes there was fire breathing comin from Southern Cal I’ll tell ya.. That guys lucky he wasn't answering the phones, they need some BS help ..... why you couldn't even get through today... and then I had mine on speaker phone 'holding' all day... 'dead silence' Hey….well….. he writes a real nice BS piece then post mails it out..eh? .... what sort of intelligence level is he hoping to convince???? Eighth graders???,,, does he expect his customers to say "oh yea sure, we understand...we'll put our investments on the shelf and wait for you-all at QCHARTS to get your act together" yea sure, we will!!! The market announced 'decimalization' two years ago where was..QCHARTS planning department??? must of been on vacation in space??? Come on.... give the customer the credit we deserve. We’ll all go over to TeraNova, or Esignal, or to someone that’s going to give us a months free intro… why heck, they’d get most of Qcharts customers….. I better quit before I get to saying something nice..<<gg>>
