The rate cut was January 3/01, not 5/01. I loaded up on RBAK 2 mins before the cut announcement at that time, by fortunate coincidence...40% gain in one day. Nothing like that today(less than 10%). Leads me to one or two conclusions:

1. People are really suspicious of this cut.
2. The pop was being sold/shorted into as the volume was there.

As an aside I got this from another post, haven't had time to explore.

This Search looks for stocks that are far below their five-year ' least squares deviation' line. That is, they have been beaten down and may be 'cheap' relative to their historic valuations.
