NTDMY trades over the counter..... ADR's (American Depository Reciepts) are traded only on the NYSE (I
believe). It's traded Over the Counter (OTC) and hence those are fairly illiquid during the day...it's not something
that you are going to day trade or even do a 3 or 4 day swing trade with (normally).

But you have to remember that everyone can arbitrage at will today and hence it tracks what you can buy and
sell it for in Japan or in Europe.

Now NTT, SNE, MC etc are ADR's trading on the NYSE and they trade all day long, TM (Toyoto) finally
got listed on the big board after having been an OTC traded stock for years. Foreign companies realize that
the great benefits of being a deep, liquid, globally traded stock benefits the company and that is
clearly the trend. Companies like TM have to cough up a lot more accounting, balance sheet and income
statement info. to get listed here like TM finally did and that benefits the investor.
