One can only find a bottom in demand, stock price, market index, etc. if one can predict the future. And NOBODY can. Would you call a bottom in a stock price just because the stock was up the next day after setting a new low? If not, why would you believe that PC demand has bottomed, just because a CFO said he saw an improvement?
