<<<E I don't know if this will help but it cant hurt>>> Amusingly enough, it caused Netscape to give me an error message including NETSCAPE.EXE, and close down. It said if I still had trouble to restart my computer, but the IE windows work fine. I am going to go try clicking on it in IE.

hcm, I've used expertcity.com three times. They take over your mouse (amazing technology) and really seem to know what they are doing. They were sure they'd fixed it, but they haven't. And I suspect that the answers I would get from the help site wouldn't be more sophisticated technically than those i've gotten from the experts here. But I will go there and ask. Thank you for the link,i've bookmarked it.
