If RDRAM cost no more than DDR or SDRAM, would you agree that it would be the superior mainstream DRAM memory.

Not for most applications. The latency characteristics of RDRAM are not very good, and the peak bandwidth of PC800 is considerably lower than PC2100. Board and testing costs are higher because of the high frequency bus. I think DRDRAM is a poor solution, except for multi-channel designs which are pin limited.
