Velo- On your charts...there is a divergence....the 15 minute looks ready to rise the first hour/hour and a half...

But the daily looks 1/3 way, 1/2 way thru downtrend....

should one wait an hour or so....and test of key resistence before looking to short....and let the 15 minute get closer to overbought than oversold.?
