As long as the market goes along with this crap guess there isn't much to be done about it. It isn't like they are hiding it.

The upbeat investment commercials on TV last night were pretty thick .... and the NDX futures just pulled up 25 points in the last half hour, should be lock limit in a couple minutes, oh, I see they are already. Less than an hour ago they were up 7. The stage seems set to suck in a bunch of cash as the market gets chased higher. April calls on Monday would have been a pretty sweet play.

who will enforce that they dont use the excess inventory?
didnt they just writeoff the amount for tax purposes...so if they use it they have to pay taxes on it then? but they probably will not sell the part directly and put it in future products and then sell it?
