There is more too it then that. They cannot cut rates in europe because the dollar refuses to go down. That is putting them at a decided disadvantage.

Dale, about 3 weeks ago I became ultra bearish as I studied the current earnings and fundamentals with our economic out look. I believe this slow-down/recession will go on through....and I repeat.........through 2002!!

So indeed we will have couter trend rallies within the bear, but the trend will not end DOWN!! I will stick to my sub 1200 on the nasd by Oct 2001. I wish everyone the best!!
