Rob- Good point. SPs have mountains of debt. But I was thinking more in line that if rates are lower, then enterprises would tend to be willing to borrow for equipment purchases that would increase efficiency. IMO since Greenspan has heavily pushed the efficiency issue for years (keeping inflation in check), he has to be concerned if technology spending slows. In other words, Fiorini/Gates/Dell could have played right into Greenspan's own words. -MikeM(From Florida)
