BellSouth continues to rapidly deploy broadband services, and finished the quarter with 303,000 customers for DSL high-speed Internet access. In the first quarter alone, the company added more than 88,000 DSL customers -- a sequential quarter increase of 40.9 percent. Including dial-up, total Internet access customers passed the one million milestone.
