I have stayed away because I sold my OSX stocks too soon and hated to be reminded daily of the money I left on the table. Re: emerging markets you only want to buy funds that diversify among many emerging markets. I own WPEMX -- Warburg Pincus Emerging Markets. Up around 10% from its low the past two weeks, but still WAY DOWN from the peak. There are quite a few others with a similar profile. BTW, these funds will benefit further when and if the dollar comes down to earth.
