cobalt...the intent was to counter the oft heard comments by the energy industry that they shift production from gasoline to heating oil, which is perceived by the market as "today we make gasoline, tomorrow fuel oil"....what they are saying is that the remaining product from distillation is then catalytically cracked to get additional base product of what they desire...this is a minor shift that yields about 10% more of the targeted product...

only waste is gas that is flared and that which the volatiles are removed....all else is profit...
