nycb....not critical because of age, just commenting that experiencing a complete economic cycle gives a different vantage point. it allows one to differentiate noise from clarity and react as required.

every generation builds upon the prior generation, but any generation that believes in an end of the world scenario limits the ability to expand based on creative innovation.

the it boom would have been bust or not at all if a negative view was taken by entrepreneurs...."entrepreneur" and "negative" are a bit of a dichotomy.

poor economic times tend to create new methods, sometimes for survival...

addressing concerns is valid, but stating how bad things may be is not....it is all relative, and if you have only seen sunny skies, then a cloudy day could cause panic...
