extremes are reached in both directions....this is a product of current investor psychology...you can see it in the market volatility...nothing ends as before with a whimper....

the "bizarro world" comment was intended to show how many who bought at the top, held all the way down, now are beginning to short....not saying more downside is ruled out, but the risk/reward is a lot less then a year ago....

some on this thread have been bearish for many years...others on this and many other threads tended to turn bearish after they were viciously clawed....and the old saw..."if the majority of investors were always right....." holds true....

monies can be made in any market movement, if you are on the safe side of the wave.....lot of short positions got wiped out recently based on a uni-directional thinking...no different then those who bought qcom at 250...or brcm at 260....need to temper a belief with the dynamic of reality...times like these a hedge is better then a one way bet...
