LOL-No need to post a chart, I got ya'. I will not be shorting at all today I think. Don't like to short when we are still in a higher degree up and until the 5 is done, I am leaning long.

Not to be nit-picky, but as I understand it, these are the things that make e-wave useful. In your scenario where we're in 5 of 5: if this morning's gap was 3 of 1, where was 1 of 1? Can you include after hours? Wouldn't the 4 have overlapped the 2?

The only way I could count this as impulsive up is if the gap was 1, all the garbage until the recent breakout was some contracting triangle 2, and we're now in 3, awaiting the 3 of 3.
