Thanks for the words of encouragement cush, still cutting my teeth on this shorting game.

Here's the chart on BCB:

stockcharts.com[w,a]dicayymy[dc][pc5!c21!c50!c200!h.02,.20!f][vc60][iut!Ul14!Lc20!La12,26,9!Lh14,3!Lb14]

I shorted on that nasty red candle day when it went to 15, perhaps the fact that the it didn't close near the low forshadowed the next little rebound which stopped me out. Then 3 nasty red candles in a row. Peter had suggested a stop above the 18's, which I should have done in hindsight.

SG :)

Cush:

One of my favourite books is an oldie by Gerald Loeb. Great book cause Peter bought it and I read it. He says you should have a small number of eggs in one basket and watch them like a hawk, even then they will not all fly.

He does however say that you should do both trade your own and manage others, the problem of course is with the professionals(not just your opinion that they are a joke, but shared by many thinking minded individuals). Oh what to do? As for the 10% that remain, it's the quality that counts. And the way you have this thread is a testament to that quality.

Regards

Bob
