<<I see a redistribution of wealth>>

Fine. Look at it this way: when in history has wealth distribution resulting in a greater concentration of wealth by the rich, resulted in greater political and financial stability?

A: Never

Andrew, TL & EV - tough love and economic violence. I agree there is a great transfer of wealth under way engineered by Wall St and the gov't. The gov't likes the capital gains tax receipts and the temporary boost to economy via increased consumption fueled by credit and the wealth effect of the stock market. Wall St makes banking fees and profits from trading activities. The insiders are able to sell overpriced stock to the public. Mike
