I used to follow those, but my goodness, it's worse than describing Elliott in English. Does he make a dataset available so one could chart it and get some idea of what's happening?

I should just subscribe to DecisionPoint. They have it.

A comprehensive site that does nothing but track sentiment, allocations, COT, Rydex, Americlowns, the whole schmozola, and all in charts so you can track it easily. That would be a great site. It would have to be a pay site because you'd want the information immediately, and some of it would have to be paid for by the site. Man, I soo want that.
