I hope to heck it cost you more than five bucks to park, because it didn't cost you more than that for the drinks! A 33 cent tip????? We arrived safe and sort of sound in Avignon in the south of France after 28 hours awake. Slept 14 hours and found our way through this beautiful city...the Palais des Papes. They have a castle here that would give King Arthur an inferiority complex. I just found the computer in the "salon"...splendid hotel, Hotel d'Europe, used to be a home for somebody important and was converted to a hotel in 1799...quelle joint! Now, if I can only get my bon jours and my au revoirs straight.... More later re the former home of the Marquis de Sade, K~
