That's a major amount of work, much of it subjective. I think a number of areas, such as housing, education, and medical care, would've been more affordable than if not for the government subsidizing things left and right to drive up demand. $ 10,000 a year to send a kid to public school or $ 15,000 for special ed seems well overboard.
