I'm with you. The good Cap'n is well known on his views. I think AG made one mistake with the last rate increase...but other than that, he's been fine. So far, his decreases in the rates have been timely (though I wish more aggressive) and well handled. Yesterday's was a stroke of genius, IMHO. We are at a floor in the market, I think. More decreases to come, and when the discount rate is back at 3, the next bull begins, because interest rates will essentially be zero to negative.
