Peter and Thread- ATT could have millions of additional broadband customers if BLS is confident in this environment of gaining 400,000 DSL subs. The FCC really needs to open up the battle between the cable giants and the telco giants. It's simple! Let them keep the $40 to $60/month fee all to themselves.

Discouraging to hear BLS say cable is a no show in SME broadband data. That's a more difficult issue for cablecos to address(lack of cable pipe).

I guess BLS gave also gave up their DBS-TV plans or there would have been some mention of it in the CC. Message 15600740
