This mess needs to relieve itself a little in the smaller time frames. It sure is overbought in almost every time frame.

If Allan's scenario plays out, this will happen.

NYA is flat today and S&P dislikes the look of 1250. This jibes with our thought that non-tech wants to turn and has wanted to do so for a day or more. The rate cut tech run is holding it up here imo.

Tomorrow could be one of those so-called rotation days with non-tech actually going down as tech finishes this run up.
