That would be nice....but I don't think we get there quite yet....maybe if this goes on another week or two....

Two of the three largest one-day percentage gains in Nasdaq history have taken place in April 2001. On the same two days, two of the three largest Dow point advances (not percentage) have also occurred.

I don't think that those two surges are long term money. Until the long term money is enticed in, I don't think we can say that the market psychology has changed.
