I think we've seen some evidence in terms of the Investor's Intelligence bear numbers up at 42.6%, the fact that
the yield curve has now gone back to normal from being inverted, the very high TRIN number of 4.91 on March
22, as well as the huge down volume, and then the big volume this week and it tells us that we're going to be
rallying further over the balance of the month. And we should be pulling back early next week.

the quality and severity of the pullback can clue us in to how powerful the next upleg is gonna be.

Yale Hirch has pointed out that April is a strong month for the NASD in his dec 2000 interview in Stocks and
Comm. Mag.
