Panic Buying

I think the stock pushers are looking back at January and telling their "clients" We have made the low, The economy is getting better, The Fed is with us, the worst is behind us (inventories going down)so you better get in now because there is a lot of upside you don't want to miss.

Fear is the greatest motivator.
