Scientists suggest that climate change in recent decades has been mainly caused by air pollution containing non-carbon dioxide greenhouse gases.

If you assume that global warming is hamming and it is caused by human activity and it is a problem, then that is vert good news. It will be a lot easier to cut back on most other emissions in to the atmosphere then it will be to cut back on CO2. You might be talking about a factor of a thousand or more in terms of costs to the world's economy.
