Tip, I work in a F500 company that is in the process of deploying win 2000 on every one of its boxes, tens of thousands of them. We are transitioning from win 95. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a lot of similar upgrades taking place. What you're missing is that the upgrades are for existing boxes that were all updated going into Y2K.

I am in your camp on this one, but as I haven't had a chance to dig into their 10Q (and probably won't as there are many better targets available at the moment), I don't have an answer.
