Scumbria re:" He is cutting way back on the Clinton program to support Russian scientists...."

If so that's a damn shame.....American companies were getting their scientific and engineering talents very cheaply. Many of them are here working for American companies or universities now but most, I think, are being funded to work in Russia. But the cold warriors of the Bush regime think they still need to create demons so they can demagogue their constituents.

Dear Scum, have you ever ever been in the same state as a company doing DOD business. I've been pretty close to nuclear stuff. Well I am and engineer and worked DOD focused engineering more than 50% of my career. I submit that keeping Russian nuclear scientists employed with access to American year ahead technology is at best a very mixed bag. In that employed or not their is more than enough public domain information for vacant liberal minds with the hate and desire to wreak havoc.

I fully believe that a far wiser investment is employing loyal Americans to create the ability to stop the havoc.

As an engineer I would say money spent on loyal's is prevention of proliferation.

Dear scum, by the way, to some words of a rich poster and engineer wanna be I suggested the SGI would most likely close up in the mid 4s before april 20 and earnings announcement. You can use your super search enging to look it up. sgiha closed at .45 today
