There are two more sectors I expect to move now, telcos and software. Nets could also make a move from out of the toilet. The leaders may stall soon but the little guys will continue to rally for awhile. Higher highs and higher lows. I notices ST is no longer predicting Naz 1300 but now 1900 as a downside. He'd be lucky to get under 2000 again the way we're going. More likely 2500 first. Still down 50% from the high. That might be a stopping point which would make sense. But remember a lot of stocks are still down more than 95%.

American Spirit: Your persistent bullish 'rosy spectacle' outlook will get you in big trouble once this bear rally comes grinding to a halt. I respect your decision to be bullish, but let's face it, nothing is looking any better on the the forward earnings outlooks.

What we are seeing at the moment, is simply a relief rally, investors are happy that most companies merely met their downwardly revised earnings - nothing more, nothing less. Once the news of bleak (widespread) 3rd and 4th QTR profits starts to sink in...you will see these high flyers once again come crashing down.

Always remember this : What goes up - must come down.

P.s. I have barely shorted anything in the last few weeks - I simply go with the flow - and right now that is on the Long side.

Good luck.
