I always bought a jar of those little pickled sausages, and took out the sausages, and added the eggs. Very easy, and very good.

Thanks. I getting a collection of good formulas for boiled eggs; there is to be quite a variation -- sweet, hot, red, dill, etc. Perhaps we could write an "Egg Pickler's Bible" -- nah, no one would buy it.
