Thanks, I used to use that plan myself, but switched to an HMO that allows me to go out of network to
choose any doctor (anywhere) I want if I'm willing to pay 30%, otherwise I pay $10 co-pay to the HMO MD's.. The PPO didn't include all the doctors in our area and certainly didn't include any from the big cities., eg NYC.
