The President of the United States should not be subject to politically motivated lawsuits while in office. It degrades the position and is a threat to our national Security.

Do you think the whole country is overly tort happy? or only when it applies to King Slick?

There is no evidence to suggest Reagan lied about iran Contra.

As far as the President being subjected to lawsuits while in office, the USSC decided the issue and they disagree with you. Under the Constitution, their opinion matters and yours doesn't. JLA
